Use methods of warms
Step1:  tore open warmer outermost plastic vacuum packaging
Step2 : stripping warmer viscous layer of the stickers on top posts
Step3: You can make warmer post outside the underwear, it don't direct contact with skin
Step4: warmer will gently tore from the clothes after we finish.
