How to use the warmer
Open the package along the cutting entrance, remove the backing paper from the back, paste it on the outside of the underwear, and smooth it with your hands. It can be affixed to the shoulder, abdomen, back, waist, stomach and related joint parts of the human body. Be careful not to put warmers on easily torn clothing, such as sweaters.
How to use the warmer:
1. Tear open the warmer vacuum package.
2. After unpacking the vacuum package, take out the inner bag and peel off the lining paper behind the inner bag.
3. After peeling the lining paper, paste it directly on the outer layer of the underwear and smooth it by hand. Remember that: Do not paste the warm patch directly on the skin, but stick it on the outer layer of the underwear.
4. After the warmer is used, gently tear off the outer layer of underwear.
