How to use warmers:
1. Tear the vacuum package of the warmer.
2. Remove the inner bag from the package and strip the lining paper directly behind the inner bag.
3. After peeling the lining paper, paste it directly on the outer layer of the underwear and smooth it by hand. Remember to do this step 3 do not paste the warmer directly on the skin, but stick it on the outer layer of the underwear.
4. After the warmer is used, gently tear off the outer layer of underwear.
