How to use warmer
Open the outer bag of the warmer along the tear, remove the protective paper at the back, and stick it on the outer side of the underwear. It can be attached to the shoulders, back, waist, stomach and related joints of the human body.

Matters need attention:
1. Children and people with low skin heat sensitivity should pay attention when using. Pregnant women should not use.
2. Stick to the outside of the underwear, do not directly stick to the human skin (except non-pastable warmer).
3. It should not be used when sleeping to prevent high temperature burns.
4. Avoid vacuum plastic bag damage, otherwise the product will fail.
